This BK is a great location and the food is great. When I visited today, there was no air conditioning at all which is really concerning considering the summer heat. I find that to be unacceptable considering the customers who visit and the workers who cook and prep the food. You can't use the restrooms freely, the restrooms now have coded entry which you need assistance from staff.

I had a chance to visit this Burger king and never again  and I actually was pleased that the place was dirty and very non customer friendly. I will never  come back and would not recommend    to my friends and family. I like to be open and honest with all my reviews so please do not be offended by any harsh words if I happen to speak negative about an establishment. I wanted to give my review in hopes that others trust my opinion and understand I am 100% bias. .

This is a filthy, rundown Burger King but the food is just as good as any other location I have been to.  The place is almost always crowded both inside and out because it is just behind what seems to be a fairly major bus stop.  The people who work there are pleasant especially considering the cast of eccentric characters that are in there every time I slip in for a convenient, cheap bite to eat.  I am usually in and out before I know it and eating in the park around the corner.

The usual crowd that comes here might be less than desirable but the staff and food make up for it. The staff are always friendly and patient while you take your order. The food always comes out hot and in a timely manner. I make it a habit to come here.

This Burger King location is sandwiched on a narrow street at one of the most well-traveled bus stops in downtown. The restaurant feels a little cramped but the food is generally produced fresh. What strikes me is the front line employees always seem to be cheerful and very efficient despite how busy they always seem. Be aware that they cater to a downtown business crowd so their hours during the week are clipped short.

OMG! I went in this burger king yesterday, why didn't they air condition for costumers nor their employees,  I was informed by an employee its been like that all summer.  I was appalled.  the food was horrible i had to give all of it to the pigeons hopefully they didnt get sick...i spent a little over five dollars which was a waste. they should be reported to the health department having those folks work in such conditions.

The really short girl that took my order was more focused on what was going on in the back of the store instead of taking my order. I had to get her attention twice just to finish giving her my order.  Once I got my order and sat down to the table,  1/3 of what I ordered,  she hadn't even rung up.  I approached the counter and asked if someone else could take my order. She then proceeded to talk bad to me and rolling her eyes.  When another cashier asked what was wrong, I told her that the girl was too busy looking around instead of taking my order and missed part of my order. The girl then began to bad talk me again in front of everyone. Will never eat there again and I will warn and not allow any of my friends and family to eat there as well.

This burger is the worst. The girl stole 2$ from me and I didn’t notice until I left the store she must’ve needed it cause who tf steal 2$ from a loyal customer and she must be new never seen her before. I won’t be spending nomore money in that burger.

They said the both restroom stock,can't use my 5 years old boy,but I think they was lazy to clean. Slowly service and they asked me eat here or to go,I said here and they put everything in the bag for me to go.... Not recommend!!!

Burger King in their restaurant employees just will never learn I tried to give them the benefit of the because of their new product that they selling the employees just don't listen on how to make a customer sandwich it's supposed to be have it your way at Burger King not quite it's Habit to employees way when a customer asks do not add to the sandwich please do that I will never go in another Burger King again no matter where I am and the United States and that goes for North East south or west
