Zero-star if I would do! Took kids for a take out tonight at this BK location. One staff member was SO rude at the end.  After 10+ min waiting in the take out lane, they asked me to pull over to the parking lot and they will deliver the food I ordered when it is done. Apparently, someone messed up my order. They serviced 5+ cars after me and I was waiting outside the door when the staff member delivered the food to me. I was asking her politely and calmly, "What's wrong with my order?". An answer from her "they are making your order" and she rolled her eyes on me and walked away! I was extremely mad and started entering in and asking for talking to the manager. The manager shouted back at me when I was raising my voice. I NEED an explanation!  Would a simple apology be that difficult after the 20+ minutes wait of one order? Just say "Here is your order; sorry for the long wait..." I will just leave them alone. I will NEVER go back to Berger King locations again. They don't know how to treat a customer. Everything is about respect. Buyers are aware!!! Zero-star to them and they lost a customer FOREVER!

I'm so disgusted at myself for giving this dump a chance. I was desperate and options run low in this area after 10pm. Just needed some quick and edible. Of course BK did neither of those things. Twenty plus minute wait with two cars in front of me. Ordered a Bacon Swiss chicken sandwich and the chicken patty was as hard as a BRICK! Even the mozzarella sticks I got taste cold and stale. I would have been better off lighting the fifteen bucks I spent on fire. Please pay whatever it takes to hire a quality, closing staff. This was not my first bad experience at this location but it will definitely my last.

I was captive by the absolute friendly treatment that I just received by the drive-through window attendants. It is so soothing sensation when you receive a family oriented treatment that way so you can enjoy your food better. Great job Burger King crew,  you are the best day ever technician. I would give you more stars if I could. I also loved how Burger King are keeping plastic to the very minimum contributing on nature's behalf.

Had a great meal. A couple of us ordered separately and we got our food fresh and super hot. Actually had to wait a few minutes so the fries didn't burn my tongue. Cookies were cooked perfectly and the cokes Actually tasted right. Everyone's order was correct and there were a bunch of modifications. Literally the best meal we've had at a Burger King EVER. The staff was super polite and friendly. We went around 8pm on a monday.  Vegetarian options: Some sides. Fried in same oil as chicken nuggets  Parking: Very clean

We could not get waited on at Wendy’s so we stopped here… The ordering at the drive through was swift so were the pickup… The food was horrible, nasty… Dried out burger  soggy tomatoes, small pieces of old lettuce and wrinkled hard bread. I wanted to give it back because we could not eat it, my friend said it was his fault choosing somewhere he had a bad experience before, wasted money…. We both agreed to never stop here again.

Very rude. Was not greeted nor spoken 2. It's sad how you can't give our people jobs because I've noticed Afican American woman have the worst customer service and the worst attitudes smh. And that's why most of our people stuck in fast food lol. Smh I'll never dash here againService: 1/5

I placed a mobile order at 10:30pm they close at midnight, I arrived at 10:45 and they told me they 'were closed ', and 'have no meat'. I was able to get a refund processed via the application, but I to get my money back, I have to wait for 5-10 business days. And my birthday is tomorrow! I guess Burger King just needs to hold onto $20 of mine to help me celebrate

Not sure why they have the dining room closed at 1pm on Sunday. The drive through is backed up. Burger King has really taken a dive in service since the pandemic.

Went inside for lunch today around 11:45 and ordered. There was a lady making sandwiches making comments like "she didn't have time for this today to lock the lobby doors" and making other comments I couldn't hear but she just kept going on and on and the im assuming manager was right there allowing it. I wasn't the only customer in the place at the time either so everyone heard what was being said. But other people that had ordered before me had to unlock the lobby door to leave because they would keep locking it.

I want to be clear that the low rating is due to the food quality, but the staff were very friendly despite being severely short-handed. I haven't been to BK in many years but they drew me in with the Ch'King commercials. They are owned by the same conglomerate as Popeyes so I had high hopes for their new chicken sandwich. Sadly those hopes were quickly dashed by the utterly inedible sandwiches. I tried both the regular and the spicy Ch'King. Both were overcooked. The plain one was just that: plain. Chik fil A has absolutely nothing to worry about! The spicy was laughably hyper-saturated in some kind of oily gritty sauce see pics. I took a big bite out of stubbornness, but had to spit it out. Try a spoonful of paprika mixed with play sand and corn oil and you will not be far off. So, congrats, BK. Your ads were good enough to bring me in, but I won't be back.
