We like to go because it's a convenient location and they have good deals.  On more than one occasion, our order will be missing  crucial items.  In my opinion the kids meal is never worth it.  The kid toys are paper cups? LolFood: 3/5

The lady who took my order was very rude. I was asking her a question about a meal and she got annoyed when she had to remove her ear bud to hear me. Also the smoke alarm is chirping so the customer’s safety is not a priority to them.

Working doubles need a quick meal and they stay open late enough where I can grab a quick bit after workFood: 5/5

Burger King in Centralia IL  is prejudiced there's no African American workers there I applied for the job and told the manager I had enough experience and they did not even consider me they employees was drinking on the job at my interview on New years eve the General manager said he had 2 positions open which i was qualified for and was rejected the job terrible service

It was okay.  It was funny how runny the ketchup was from the dispenser next to the soda fountain.  It might as well been tomato soup.Food: 3/5

Nasty, dirty, disgusting. They are going to get someone very sick or worse. Also crackheads and meth heads work and hangout there. Pure nasty.Food: 1/5

The manager was so overwhelmed he was spending his circles had a girl employee taking orders chewing on her gloves that she makes orders and takes money with and on top of that we had to wait 20 minutes for our food knowing the town had a big event going on and was going to be swamped after I ended up having to ask for a refund because the manager was smart talking to my wife and proceeded to tell her that drive-thru had priorities over walk-ins very unprofessional even though it's a fast food still very unprofessional he should not be in a lead position
