Well I guess gone are the days when you can go to your local Burger King and get pleasant service and good food. I was the ONLY person in drive through. I waited at the drive through window for like 6 minutes. 3 people standing right there and no one said a word...Not Hi, not we will be right with you...nada. Finally someone asked me if I got my coke yet. I said I haven't gotten anything yet. About 4 min. later I got my bag of food and I said I haven't got my coke yet. Oh, it'll be right here. What a terrible experience. Not one person said hi, thank you...nothing. Then, the fries were nice and hot but there was sooo much salt on them, I couldn't eat them. I realize I ordered a whopper junior, but it looked more like a slider... This is a perfect business for undercover boss to come in and see what's really happening at this place. NEVER AGAIN!!

I ordered a Lg Pink Lemonade no ice i get Lg Peach Lemonade full of ice. I ask heavy pickles i get three pickles.  Never go to buger king in Newport Oregon worst chain restaurant they have they have messed up my order 10+ times i only go because its the only one in my town  Parking: Not worth the money you spend

Nastiest BK I've ever been to. Quality is seriously lacking at this franchise. They get away w it too because there is no other choice of fast food places in newport beside McDs & tacobell. Place SUCKS!Food: 1/5

Absolutely Teriible customer service! I work 13 hours a day come here for a quick lunch before I go back to work and I leave in a horrible mood eveytime. Disrespectful workers Absolutely no respect for others what so ever! The lady taking orders needs to learn how to treat people it is not okay! Be kind to others at least have a smile. She talks to you with Disrespect like your a problem going there. I will not be returning unless your employees learn to be kind and have simple customer service it is not hard to do. This is everytime not just one time and I am done getting food here from now on.

The food was amazing and the service was top notch, the employees are wonderful and friendly and have such a pleasant attitude. Will definitely be coming back.Food: 5/5

It's Burger King! You know what to expect and you get it.  I tried their tacos and their chicken sandwiches. The tacos have a nice crispy shell but the "meat" is mealy. Fresh lettuce and a sprinkle of cheese round it off. Better than Jack in the box because off the crisp shell. Not like jitb limp shell.  I tried both the grilled and crispy chicken sandwiches. Certainly NOT in contention for best chicken sandwich. Both were drowning in some kind of Russian dressing. The crispy sandwich was hard and dry. NOT tender and juicy at all. The grilled was more tender but not significantly so.  It is what you have come to expect from Burger King.

The BK's in our home state have all shut down so during our trip to the coast we grabbed a whopper meal on the fly! Great fresh and piping hot!  Thanks BK of Newport! You definitely didn't disappoint!Food: 5/5

Weed break and  break!!4 employees so who's inside???!!  at least don't  my  chicken sandwich.. And jalapeños bites.. Chicken sandwich was cold and burnt. Tasted nasty. Like old oil. Bites were so dry and burnt. . Long drive and couldn't wait to have a chicken sandwich thanks for another disappointment.
