ordered a royal crispy chicken & I don’t expect much from a fast food restaurant in the mall but when I asked them if this only came with half a chicken they were pretty dismissive. Very disappointing they are okay with these food standards.

I guess this is the new normal . Laughing and making jokes with long lines outside the counter . No worries about getting food out but definitely it's about turning the music up and having a great time while at work

If I could 0 stars I would. Horrible service, staff was so rude. One of the works had Airpods in and the manager didn't do anything about it. They did not take my order properly and I made sure I spoke clearly for them to hear. As someone who works in fast food I was appalled at how the customers were not the top priority at this store. Nobody was wearing a uniform. Jeans and a graphic tee was the uniform in this store. The manager was the only one in a uniform. One of the people working at this store had long nails which is very unhygienic with food and by the time i got to it down to eat it my burger was missing because my order wasn't checked before it was handed out. The meat on my burger was burnt and it was cold when I did get it but I didn't complain because I was too tired of dealing with the staff at that point. Overall I was super disappointed, If this was my first experience at a burger king I would never go back again.

Walked in to order and left without checking order only to get home and discover part of the order was missing. Called and got voicemail saying leave a message for a call back but vm was full and it disconnected me. Drove back up there, waited in line AGAIN and waited 8 minutes for order. No apologies, no offer for compensation for inconvenience . We asked for free shake and they gave us one, without a smile or have a nice day or sorry or anything. ZERO customer service.

Very rude staff with exceptional poor service. Asked the staff about a 6$ menu, which literally is on every current BK commercial, and looked at me like i was stupid. A screen were turned off while we were ordering, and straight after we were done eating the screen came on, and it showed the offer..

It's crazy how such a prime location of a burger King still manages to due business. Every time I try to order, their tends to always be some sort of issue. The manager is the same one who just seems to hate her life and her job. First time I went to try and use the rewards. She says they can't use it as their computers don't register. Then I say okay can I order fries. They someone how ran out of fries. And this list keeps going on and on. Why is their always an issues at a faculty that can't supply simple ingredients or foods when they should be prepared for the 1000's of people that cross this restaurant daily.

Horrible service lady didn't want to give me extra packets of ketchup even though we bought food from them 3 minutes prior

Nasty employee. most hate her job...my understanding is. That if you can't deal with people you should quit or try something else.. it wasn't even with me. But the cashier was cursing every body there employees and costumers.... I do not recommend this place... the worst.....

Worst staff ever they need to hire nicer employees who actually wanna do there job not rude ladies I ordered Popeyes right next to them unfortunately Popeyes ran out of bbq sauce so I’m like it’s ok I’ll ask Burger King but ohh I regret asking they immediately gave me attitude saying I have purchased nothing from them to receive any bbq sauce I offered to pay for the sauce they said no you chose popeyes

Don’t do it!!!  Sunday lunch time Waited 30min for chicken nuggets…  Huh? Fast food?  Watched people with orders behind us get their food….  No explanation No apology  Asked for a manager but ‘no one is available’  Such a painful experience
