They have an indoor playground and sometimes children are extremely loud. I also noticed that the food isn't very good. One visit I was given soggy onion rings so I know it's been sitting around for quite some time. The service is ok at best. I always get a receipt with this location bc something gets messed. The fountain drinks are self-serve inside. And it is not the cleanest location either.

I ordered a whooper w/c and a spicy crispy chicken and large fry.I get home and no whopper w/c. Seriously how hard is that order??? A kindergarten could get that right. So sick of spending money at these places and getting ripped off and that’s exactly what they are doing. They know how to put a whopper in a bag. Are they pocketing the money??? If the product is still there, then who gets the money?? They don’t answer the phone, driving back would just cost more money for the consumer. Get it right people you’re not idiots or are you.

They need to hire more staff. I was at drive thru for 15 mins before being told they only doing doordash orders because of low staff. Guess they don’t want $. I’ll go elsewhere.Food: 1/5

REFUSED to honor the price on the menu board, 2 Whoppers Jr. for $5. Wanted over $6.50 instead. I pointed out that it said $5 on the TV screen. "Too bad, They haven't gotten around to changing it."Food: 2/5

Placed a pretty large order and it was kind of late the order was so big i felt the need to apologize... But they were happy to take my order and assured me that i had no need to apologize... Very friendly staff and the food was fast....

4 times in a row they gave me wrong topping just no tomato no onion and 2 times no excuse they offered to replace and same meat on new bun I still smelled the onion the third time I called and yelled like a jerk but was sure old employee did it on purpose I told girl on drive thru same story he came with food ftom mopping g and I said 3 times wrong this is no onion right he said loud no onion they repeated it then got home cuz why check cuz I'm a idiot thats why they told me come tomorrow  they will replace free,well no no mo I. Not getting it even worse im  not  exaggerating at all s. Transit burger King gives you what they want right away or to bad,DONT GO THETE IF YOU HAVE ALLERGY IWAS FINE LUCKILY,LETS HOPE NO CHILDREN WITH FOOD ALLERGYS MEET THE F WHAT YOU SAY CREW ON BK,S CLOSIBG SHIFT....

Always a good meal. I enjoy the beef Souvalki dinner & the pleasant atmosphere. Booths & tables to choose from. There is also & a separate room for small groups.Food: 5/5

ordered double whopper with cheese and bacon plain.....after waiting in line for 15 mins I get a whopper with no tomato when I get home and open wrapper.....that isn't what I ordered...would like refund bk as I paid for more than what I receivedFood: 1/5

I was just there at about 20 minutes after two on Tuesday afternoon I ordered a honey mustard chicken sandwich. The girl asked me if I wanna cheese and bacon. I was thinking it should have it on there based on the picture but I said yes anyway, the sandwich came with no cheese or bacon was very plain chicken was over cooked. I’m not sure I will have her return. I’ve had enough of the horrible food and service.. the two for five Junior duos have more vegetables on the mend to meet they’re made so sloppily it makes a big mess to eat. The only reason I go here is because it’s close to my house but I need to start going to other local fast food restaurants instead of this one the service is the worst I’ve ever had.. no one takes pride in their work anymore. It makes a really sloppy messy sandwich.. not to mention the three messy sandwiches and a small drink were $17. Everything has become so overpriced. It’s not worth me going to this restaurant anymore..

The employees here are great, polite and give you fast accurate service with a smile..recommend to everyone..  Kid-friendliness: Clean and open kids play area..  Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible..
