I gave a 1 on all because the food was horrible. A good employee would not let cold and old food get served to anyone. I paid almost 14 dollars for one combo meal and my burger was cold and my onion rings were old. I went through the drive thru so I didn't look in the bag until I left. I will be never be back to this location. I can get a meal at brass with a milkshake for half the price. I was just craving a copper but for those prices my food better be steaming hot and fresh.
Omg, I believe his name is Terrance and seems to be the morning manager. Get rid of his tail immediately. He does not want to be there and is mean as hell. His attitude stinks. He made me a breakfast sandwich and I wish I would have took a picture of it. He threw it together in literally 2 seconds and it look like he got it out the garbage. Three pieces of cheese, for real? The sweet older lady that usually makes the sandwich was disgusted with him she waited for him to go to the back to remake my sandwich. The two star is for her He has her in fear. Then I went next door to Starbucks and ask are you all having issues with this man? They said, he is so mean, we do not say anything to him. Then I went to the manager of the TA station and ask her, she said she gets multiple complaints a day. I wonder why they weren't reporting him. Well, HERE I AM. REPORTING! I'm so sick of mean and rude people putting fear in their innocent employees. He was lucky he went to the back because I was ready to tell him that the sandwich resemble his bad attitude. He is destroying your establishment. Ooooweeee
Bk located in rockwall at TA. Not flame broiled, cooked on a flat grill. Don't know how they get away with it. Not a bad burger but definitely not flame broiled as shown on TV. Strange
Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, a small diet coke and a small fry… AND WAS CHARGED $18 DOLLARS. When this exact order is $10 elsewhere. Apparently this travel stop wildly overcharges for food to take advantage of traveling customers. Hard pass on ever going here again.Food: 1/5
So I ended up at this location due to a nearby basketball tournament. I arrived at 12:45pm in the drive thru with no cars in line on a Sunday afternoon and after no one acknowledged over the mic after 4 minutes, I pulled forward to order at the window. Once at the window, the employee took my order, 2 combos..plain and simple... 10 minutes later, yes 10 minutes later! this same employee came to the window and attempted to give me 2 wrong orders, at 3 minutes later a different employee comes to the window and asks me to confirm my order, I did and they then disappear....Fast forward to 7 minutes later for a total 24 minutes in total im a Drive-Thru line at that I get my order...only for it to be missing a receipt. It may have not been so bad had the employees not been inside hanging out with no sense of urgency..Gotta do better KING.
The people working there were nice, but the product was unfit for human consumption. Close the place down. BK large combo 1: ×××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××× Overcooked Whopper Large sized chewy woodchips Large watered down soda A fist full of ketchup packets covered in ketchup A stomach ach and the urge to vomit. - $14.93 after taxes ×××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××× If this had been brought to me on a plate at a restaurant, I would have simply sent it back and left without paying. Since I was on the road and had already paid for it, I regrettably ate this poison.
Prime lunch time and the drive through was abandoned. Pulled to the window and the gentleman made eye contact with me several times but ignored me. Parked and went inside, only 1 customer in front of me. The man taking my oder was very crass. Food was WAY over priced for what was served. I get it, its fast food, but a burger and fries for 20 bucks? Go to Griffs and enjoy a real burger. Also, the inside was nasty. Trash all over, mud clumps, tables hadnt been attended too. Zero stars.
Went inside with my son to order some food No one was there me and another customer waited for around 8 mins an employee showed up and clocked in and was like I just a cook idk who is working the register. At this we left and went somewhere else. I try this place from time to time and each time it is a disappointment orders wrong, randomly closing the drive-through and now no one working there.
This was a great disappointment for a lunch stop. Usually, we can depend on great service at BK. No one servicing the in side register, had to call for anyone to take orders, line forming, food not fresh, and the restrooms in the gas station were filthy. Try another BG on down the road. This was a disappointment.Food: 3/5
