Horrible just horrible.. food didn’t taste like anything on the menu to begin with!! Who ever y’all got cooking back there is mad for no reason messing everyone food upFood: 1/5
Don't know if this is the worst run burger King in Killeen but I wouldn't be surprised. Every time I go there they are short workers and very slow. There was one time when one of the workers was working the drive through in regular clothes with a bonnet on her head. I see the manager outside on her phone more than inside the restaurant. This is a problem when you only have 2 workers inside. Will not be eating here no time soon.
Never coming back. I ordered two combo meals and sides which included an extra fry One combo meals fries were substituted for onion rings. I get my food and they tell me everything is in the bag but they are waiting for one thing so they park us. While waiting of course a fry is missing. The employee tells us no we didn't get a fry we substituted it. Low and behold the receipt says that we did. I tell her the size she comes out with a different size saying that's what we paid for. Then we get home for the drinks to taste like seltzer water and the food mediocre.
As a paying customer i don't appreciate being harassed about using your bathroom. As soon as I went in the bathroom one of your employees came in behind me and told me I can't use the bathroom I looked like I'm going to break it. Not going to break no bathroom. Fact it was so dirty I couldn't even use it. I was so insalted I wanted to Walk out. I don't think I will be able to come back and no one has offered an apology or nothing.i don't recommend this place to anyone. Kid-friendliness: The store is not very kid friendly in fact is not very customer-friendly. It has no playgrounds.

Food quality is excellent, they know how to accept in-app coupons, and employees were particularly helpful. Didn’t expect such a good experience north of Rancier! Only wish they had the freestyle coke machines…
I don't know the ladies name from the drive through but it starts with R. She has better customer service than all the restaurants in killeen put together!! Everyone in there was very polite. Nice change of pace! Great job!!Food: 5/5
Food was stale and not fresh. Waste of money the hash rounds seemed like it was fried in old grease so we’re the French toast.Food: 1/5
It is surprising that Burger King's cooperate personnel has closed this location down. This place doesn't service the standard BK products; the food is always cold and sloppily prepared and the restaurant looks and smell nasty! The employees appearance is questionable and unprofessional. Where are the managers in this place! Btw this is my first visit to this location, the situation is always the same!
Usually burger king is great but this time was HORRIBLE! We were in line 30 mins, they almost forgot 2 of our burgers, thank God i checked ny bag and the french fries were old and half full. They acted like it was my fault that they forgot my burgers. This crew sucked! The cashier was sweet though.
