Service seems to be better after the remodel and the speaker/order thing at the drive-thru actually works for the first time in a decade. However, they forgot one major thing during the remodel...there's nowhere to go if you are asked to pull up. Just some dirt and grass and not very much space for a larger vehicle. I was up there for like 10 minutes just waiting on a few items, too. The food is average for a BK and they usually forget a couple of things per order like a thing of fries or the removal/addition of an ingredient despite it being marked on the wrapper. Very typical experience here. The employees are very chill and nice but while that's a nice break from the uptight wads at other fast food places, it negatively affects the prep and quality of the food and the speed at which you receive your order.

As I sat here and ate with my young daughter 3 of the employees sat out in the dining g area talking and cussing. Very unpleasant experience

This place is horrible. Poor management, sanitation and food quality gives this place a negative rating if it were possible. I do not understand how this place is still open.
