Poor food quality. Have visited this location 4 separate times since they have opened. Each time I have requested fresh hot fries or onion rings. Each time food is cold. I have gone inside as well. They always have large piles of fried food under so called warmers. Horrible food. And then when you request a remake. They just grab from the same pile. Also with burgers. I have noticed they taste very very very old and extremely greasey. Nothing seems fresh at all. The times I have gone is during the rush so you would believe food is fresh. But its not....I will not be visiting this location or the winter haven locations anymore as it seems the management team has no clue on how to provide high quality, fresh, and hot food. Its sad really.

Not so good. Usually we find Burger King fairly good but, our meal was served rather cold and unappealing. The burger looked like it had been previously cooked, was dry around the edges and just substandard. Will not return to this place again .

Store was clean and nice. Associates were dressed appropriate and very nice to talk with.
