Ordered 4 burgers & a fry last night. Took 15 minutes for them to bring out my food. 2 women came out laughing, brought my food & the gentlemen's behind me waiting. Women were coming out to have a cigarette. The blond that came to my car had been inside eating something behind the counter. She said sorry for the wait l gave you free cookies. How about acting professional? When l had pulled up to place my order, someone said *go ahead with your order when you are ready* l was looking over thr menu (l rarely eat fast food) but l must of taken too long because the woman came on again & said *l said go ahead with your order* . When l pulled up to the 2nd window l told the heavy black girl (who was very nice) that l don't eat out often so l had to look at the menu. She told me she was not the one saying go ahead with your order. I was in a hurry & thought 8pm would grab fast food & get home. This is unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. Thank you

It use to be the best BK around, now its the worst.I order a vegi burger, no one in line behind me in drive through. After waiting at wondow long enough that it SHOULD be done they tell me pull to the frront of building. I waited there about 5 min, was about to go in when a huge fat black girl came waddleing toward door. It was so over cooked I threw half of it out and no napkin even! Will never go back.

Waited several minutes for the girl at the register to figure out how to delete the previous persons order who walked out. Then after placing my order waited a few more minutes for the girl to figure out how to ring me out. Next, I waited and waited for my food which was sitting under the heat lamp. Workers were walking back n forth but no one would give me my order. I got chicken fries and the Mac n cheese bites, simple stuff and yet the timer above the heat lamp read...7:02 When I finally received my luke warm food. VERY DISAPPOINTED

It was slow there is terrible service. Everyone's food was messed up it is terrible. Absolute worst burger king I've ever been too. Oh and the workers talked badly about the customers.
