Burger King is generally a good low-end fast food place. My service was good, staff was friendly and helpful. The burgers were lackluster, thankfully the fries were good and those awesome Coca-Cola machines were putting out tastyness. Yes, I got a two burger value meal but just because it’s a cheaper than normal special doesn’t mean you get to make it lower quality. The picture is as I received it. The other burger bun was intact but dry and the burger tasted like too much flame grilled flavor was used. And the ketchup was runny, like tomato juice. Lastly an employee was having a lunch break and was blowing his nose for a good 3 minutes and coughing. Ok you’re sick, sorry about that but don’t sit in the dining area trying to clear your sinuses. Part of managements job is to teach employees what is acceptable and what is not. You keep lowering the bar and soon you’ll lower yourself out-of-work. Again Burger King is usually good (for the category they are in) but not this time.

I used to work at this place and I can tell you its terrible. I wouldn't even eat the food there while I was on break. Management sucks, they will disappear for long periods of time with hardly an explanation. Other employees traded drugs in the back (not joking). Cooks in the kitchen would be slacking hard and then frustrated customers take it out on us in the front. Not a good experience!

Play area is completely filthy. Even after informing the front that every table was drity, no one has come to clean them and we've been here for 45 mintues 😣

I've been sitting stuck in the drive thru for 20 minutes now. What the hell are they doing in there?? Never again.

Out of all the locations related to the Burger King chain I've been to I've never been seen one that's so consistently slow. The food is the basic cookie cutter BK stuff and the location is boring but ok but overall I can't tell if this location is understaffed or if there's other issues but I've yet to order here and get my food in less than 5-10 minutes in the drive through or inside.
