1 . Stopped for breakfast. Drive thru , drove to speaker. Can you hold a minute. Well I believe I was placing a order not calling one in by phone. 2. Everyone deserves a second chance. Drive thru , drove to speaker. Can you hold a minute , so same thing I drove off again . You know it shouldn't be a hassle to take a order when more than one employee is walking around with a headset on. 3. Go order a loaded crossanwhich. Can I get Mayo on it ? We can give you a packet. Do you put mayonnaise on the burgers for customers? I mean can you not put it on breakfast. This happened more than once. One time I actually went in to order this and girl said we don't have a button for that . 4. I see you have burgers on your breakfast menu so I figure I'll order a number 13 double whopper. Order , pay at window, then they tell me can you pull up we have to cook it. Tell me before I pay. 5. I decide to go in next morning being I'll probably have to wait anyway. Can I have a number 13? Girl behind counter looks at other employees what's a number 13. It's behind you on the menu turn around and look. 6. Final straw that breaks me from going back to hwy 157 Burger King. Pull up to speaker at drive thru. I would like a number 13. Girl on speaker replies back aaaaahhhh wait a minute she comes back on our broilers are down we have no way of cooking the meat. It's 8:50 in the morning someone better call a broiler technician cause lunch starts in a little over 3 hrs and I'm pretty sure noone will be told our broilers are down at lunch. I mean how do you cook your other breakfast meats if broiler don't work? Glad it's by the interstate that way local people don't get tired of hearing same story. Maybe the travelers will not know better and stop to keep doors open.

Good service restaurant was a little dirty. The drink machine was out of ice and some drinks. My cheeseburger buns were dry/a little hard. Fries were fresh.

The General Manager Kimberly was a really nice lady and I spoke with her about a concern I had bc my kids eat there 3 to 5x a week. She told me if I had that problem to let the workers know that she said that I verified the problem with her. A awesome manager that cares about her customers.

Just had a horrible experience. First off the girl in drive thru running around yelling and acting a fool of herself. Then starts talking about a girl she's gonna start seeing and how she cute a straight 8 out of ten. Very inappropriate. She was to me perfect example of trash. Will not be returning there ever.

Would be a lot better place to work and eat at if the air conditioners worked so the employees and customers would feel better
