0 stars like others have said would be a better review. Went in bought a Double Whopper LARGE combo meal. Practically the most expensive combo they have on their menu. Ask to have my sandwich only Meat & Bread. That's right Ultra plain (nothing at all). Asked for a single BBQ sauce and these guys wanted to charge me .25 for it! I just had you take $1.00 worth of condiments off my sandwich and in return 1 BBQ sauce. NOPE. Cashier was a total high school dropout who had no idea how to handle customer service. She was actually yelling at me and trying to argue with me. Wow. The Shift manager was not impressive at all either. Instead of doing which is right for the company and for customer service, she re-iterates to me the "Company Policy" regarding these. Really? Furman's Inc (spelling could be off) does own this. I called them to let them know how this store was doing, said they would send me gift cards to make up for it. Still has not been received. This location is pure trash and the employees in it. Take that to the dump.

Were nice enough to turn the shake machine back of for me even though they had turned it off! Super nice people working there!

The building is very old and could use a make over. Bathroom needs improving. The customer service is always outstanding. Never a dull moment here. Dining room is always clean.

The structure is good, the dining area is usually clean, and the food is acceptable. However, the staff in general are loud, lacking in good manners, gossipy, and very judgmental. I know this because they are so loud and indiscreet about their conversations. They let their personal (and juvenile) opinions of others intrude into the customer service. They cannot help themselves from immediately reacting and conferring with each other when a "person of interest" steps up to the counter or pulls up to the drive thru. The food is not so good as to support this ongoing and distasteful behavior.

If i could have given 0 stars i would have. You spend $10 on a meal and they won't even give you sauce to go with the fries!!!!! Its burger king sauce is needed for your fries!!! To top it off the girl working the drive through has a terrible attitude and cant even manage a fake smile. Needless to say you have lost my business and anybody i talk to as well!!!
