Play place is broken and has been for over a year.  When asked about it the staff say it was supposed to be fixed a long time ago.  I have a car full of toddlers and stopped here just for this.  I feel cheated.  Obviously, this place is poorly run.

This place needs a deep cleaning or major renovation. The Bathrooms are in horrible and filthy conditions. The staff seem uninterested. 6 people working. One working the window. One working the counter. 2 cooking. Soooo the other 2 cant be cleaning???

Bathrooms were hellishly filthy, with every single toilet filled, trashcans overflowing, and floors sticky. The building has a strange layout that looks like it hasn't changed since the 90s, and the employees seem like they truly don't care. I had even witnessed an employee half-heartedly mopping the floor, then proceed to sit in a booth for five minutes. All of the food among my friends tasted strange, even for Fast food standards.

Took 45 minutes in the drive through... no apology, nothing. Went back a couple days later and they couldnt get the automated oven to cook the burgers. Told us they could not serve beef burgers and did we want chicken... haha good luck to anyone looking here for food.

It's okay but it can be better i hope it get better being more clean
