Waited over 25 minutes to receive my meal. I'm pretty sure I could have killed the cow and made my burger faster than the staff could pull a patty out of the back and heat it up. Maybe they were busy helping the people in line? Nope. Here's the line. And please don't get me started on the customer service lol. I've had better conversations with the wall. Save your time and money. I would put zero stars but they don't give that option.

BK gets a zero stars for tonight's experience, but the ratings scale won't let you enter a zero. There were two people on duty at 6:00PM in the Arundel Mills food court store. One was just standing around in the back not cooking or preparing food for anyone. The other felt it was just okay to ignore her customers at the register. She didn't even acknowledge any of us in line. She just walked away filling up napkin holders while looking right at us. We stood there staring at her, waiting for her to come back to the register, she continued to ignore all of us. Absolutely amazing! Not a manager to be found, no work going on, and NO SALES being rung up. Apparently BK has all the money it needs, and no longer needs to serve customers. Good Luck to you. We will never be visiting another BK EVER!

i visit the mall and Buy Food from Burger King we waited for food around 25 mints. Only two people were  there  and no manger were available. i found out the manger name (Mohamed) who is in-charge of the store and was not available  and he made two people work at burger king are you serous. big line people were just waiting in line and walk out without buying food. that is so bad for your business you can make a lot money . that's crazy they have no manager it's lunch time and two people. the crew is good they help us as much they can. i came back twice to buy food same situation no improvements.Once in touch with manger he was so rude and he treated his employee's like animals in front me since these poor souls did nothing instead helping customer and what manger did is just ridiculous . 

my request or suggestion is to change manger and put some responsible person who know how to run store.  good manger should be good solution plus hire more people .

i will call Burger King headquarters and compliant about this store because it happened  three time in row in 2 straight months.

Exactly what I expected from a BK.  Staff was as expected for a fast food experience.  My food was provided as ordered and fast.  The taste of BBQ I enjoy more than the pan fried.  This area does get really congested with traffic many times of the day so getting in and out can be a time consumer.  Holidays are the worst for traffic.
