I've pretty much been forced to give up on this place. I keep giving them shot after shot to make up for it but it is really just terrible. I always order chicken fries when I go to burger king. Every time, consecutively that I have been to this particular burger king they have messed that order up in one way or another. The first time of the past three times I ordered chicken fries they gave me the jalapeno fries. I ordered the regular. The second time they were soggy. Chicken fries. Soggy. The breading on the fries was soaked with grease. They were uneatable. The third and most recent time the gave me the wrong kind again. That's right. More jalapeno chicken fries when I ordered normal. it's frustrating to the brink because they obviously don't take their job seriously. You can see them behind the counter in the kitchen VISIBLY not caring about what they're doing. Not to mention the drinks are never full. I mean never. Not a single time I've went there has the drink I wanted been available. It's infuriating.

Food is good they have run out of everything in the past and don't refill the Coke machine. But haven't noticed that lately.

One of the most irritating drive through experiences I've ever had. I waited in line for approximately 25 minutes. I placed my order, waited 10 additional minutes to get to the window. She asked me what I ordered, and I repeated my order from earlier. She turned to the cooks and stated my order so they could START, and then I handed her my card and she said their machine was down. And she was being rude about it! I will NEVER be returning to this Burger King ever again.

It's already dirty and nasty. An the manger has a very very nasty attitude .so i will never spend another dollar there ...

Very slow and burgers were sloppily put together with mainly onions. Employees were nice though they are the reason it gets 3 stars.
