I thought after a year they would have changed.  How can this store stay in business.  I normally never give bad reviews but this was truly a terrible experience.  We went there yesterday and the food was cold except for the fries, the bread was stale, and the whole family got truly sick.  This place used to be descent but recently I'm very sad to say I dread the time when my son asks for a kids meal.  Big question is what happened when a place you know was great to be a place you want to pass by.

Passing through, decided to stop. After ordering we were asked to pull up and they'd bring our food. After about 20 minutes total. I went in for food, since no one had come out to us yet. Showed receipt, they turn around to bag of food just sitting on the counter, jerk behind counter said, "I came out, no one was there." Needless to say, I lost it on him. I was hungry, I was watching the door the whole time, no one came out with food.  We won't ever make the mistake again. 8/11/17 2: 05pm.

Made me wait behind a car in the drive thru for like 4-5 minutes. Then when I got to the window all I ordered was 2 - 10 piece nuggets. The boy proceeded to tell me there is 56 seconds left to cook my nuggets. Please pull up to wait... 😵... Sir you had no problem me waiting 4-5 mins on the car in front of me why did you have a problem with the car behind me waiting..... Worst Burger King I've ever visited.

This has to be the slowest Burger King I've ever been to. I live close so go there fairly often, it's ALWAYS slow. Today however they out did themselves. I stood in line as the next person for 15 minutes as they focused on the drive through as if we did not exist. Five people walked out giving up. Asked the cashier for a number to call and complain she said they did not have a number. Its on the receipt!

Slowest BK I've ever been to. If the people in the back would prepare food as much as they gossip they would accomplish much more. The soda machine was out and they don't serve Tea Either.
