Most of the areas were semi kept up with cleanliness and we're timely with order after taken. Only thing that bugged me was the employees talking. Took them awhile until they noticed I still needed to order. :)

Service isn't the greatest but food is always fresh and good. Great place for kids to play

We only went here because Arby's was closed for remodeling. Wanted a shake at 10:55pm. The ice cream machine was "closed" for cleaning. They don't even close until 12am. That's the employees just not wanting to make ice cream and clean the machine over again. Food was bland, as per Burger King usual

We used the drive-thru on our way back to Iowa from Minneapolis and had a very bad experience. We had an exceptionally long wait in the Drive-Thru when there was only one car ahead of us. We specifically asked for certain things to be included like ketchup, salt, and barbecue sauce and after we got our meal and got back to the interstate we realized that none of those were included. They didn't even include napkins in the bag, how are we supposed to eat on the road without napkins? We returned to notify the staff that items were missing and it didn't seem that anybody really cared for the inconvenience. I asked about a refund for our drive time and frustrations and they didn't know how to process one, a manager was not working and it was only eight at night. I would not visit this Burger King again.
