Food has been consistent each visit. Quick service. Friendly staff. Typically have to wipe table off myself, nowever, I lean toward the extreme regarding cleanliness.

It's a fast food. We went Monday evening, service was fast and the food was good. Nothing to complain about. I even got the King Crown :)

I think this Burger King should fire others staff because I was at the drive thru and waited for about 10mins nobody came to take my order. Afterward, I went inside to try to order for to go and all the staff were busy talking each other and don't even asked me if we need help or anything so that pissed me off and I left.

The store itself is beautiful and remodeled very classy. The problem is the staff doesn't match the quality especially the staff working today @ 6:00 pm. I have come to this store multiple times and never experienced such low class and ghetto fabulous behavior Very unprofessional , disrespectful and rude. I tried to order a froot  loop shake but the shake machine was supposedly not working and so I ordered a caramel frappe instead and it took me 20 minutes to finally get it because the staff was too busy acting like clowns and other people that came in after me were served before me. I think the girl in the front was way too distracted and forgot about my order until finally one of the other staff members noticed I was getting upset and acknowledged me. Some serious retraining and rehiring and definitely a more mature staff needs to  be implemented otherwise if this store continues to have this type of staff working there its gonna bring the store down and lose more customers.

All we want is the food to be done right and good. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch meal. In the picture is exactly how i got it. NO Cheese, bacon, and the chicken was over cooked. The fries were cold, stale, and my drink had no ice. WTH BK? I Threw away the food. I see why this place is barely pushing a 3 star.
