My four year old grand daughter was recently down here visiting, she used to love Burger King so we went there 2 times for a burger. The next time she wanted a burger I asked her where she wanted to go and she said anywhere but Burger King, they never get my order right. It's amazing that one stores poor service can turn a four year old into a consumer. She was correct, both times we went there they got her order wrong, the guy behind the register was so busy worrying about his painted nails and hair extensions to listen to our order I guess.

My family went into this BK this morning and here's how that went... When these two women and a kids went into the building the only two cashiers were standing at the drive thru. No one greeted them; even though both of those clerks looked over several times in 5+ minutes. When they asked to be helped after all that time; the only answer was "we'll be there in a minute"; which was actually more than 5 more minutes. When they finally got to place orders; they only took one of the two (the women ordered separately) with an additional 5 minutes between taking their orders; even though they came in together.. The cashier (presumably Markisa, her name is on the receipt) took their orders at the drive thru cash register; instead of the walk up. The food was cold, the attitude from those employees was extremely asinine and rude. There is simply no excuse for such nonsense in a business setting; ESPECIALLY since the group of people who came in afterward were immediately greeted warmly, their order taken straight away AT THE PROPER REGISTER, not being force to talk loudly to be heard across the room.. What is wrong with the management at this establishment? Why do the managers allow such behavior when customers come in to pay their bills for them? I expect a response from the corporate office, an apology, and a refund for Order 579! I will not pay to have my family treated in such a way!!!

My experience was pretty good. The only three complaints I have is that the fries was cold, the Burger's could have been a little warmer, and the ice of the soda machine was exposed at the top of the machine. I feel it should have had a cover over it. And that there is no customer service number on the recipients. We should be able to send pictures as well.

So if they aren't going to let u add on A PIE at the window they should put a sign on the window just saying even McDonald's dosent do that I could understand if I had already paid but the girl didn't even know what drinks I wanted she had to ask me after I paid 😡
