The service was great! We were seated right away.  Our food came out right away and all burgers were cooked as we ordered!  Our waitress Cookie was wonderful.  We will definitely be back! I recommend you treat your family to Burgersmith!

Very good food. Only have had a couple hiccups. Nothing to be too upset about though. Disappointing to find the LA 31 Passionne was discontinued.

The waiter was Very sweet and attentive, but the 4 cheese grilled cheese, was painted with rancid oil, before being placed on the grill and it tasted horrible!!!  I sent it back, explained the problem and had the waiter smell the sandwich, so he would tell the people who were actually preparing the food.  He said he would, but he showed up with another sandwich that reeked of rancid oil so strongly, we had to get up and leave.  He apologized, but did Not remove it from our bill.  Needless to say, we will not be returning to Burgersmith!!!

We went when they first opened and the service and food were horrible. We tried it again after they reopened after the flood and it was a much better experience. We've been back several times since then and we go several times a month now. Their happy hour specials are really good deals.

We have been coming here lately, and every time we absolutely enjoy ourselves. The staff is awesome, and the food is great. I would recommend this for anyone wanting a great burger. The atmosphere is very family friendly.
