We were thrilled with the work done. He pays attention to details and communicated in a professional and timely manner throughout the process of painting our condo. In fact, the work was going so well, we hired him to re-do the tile in our front entry. Then we hired him to paint and install new shelves in a couple of our closets. My wife was so pleased with each and every project she nearly cried at the results.

After Delays and Failed Inspections Company Contractor has walked off the job after fabricating several stories in order to try and justify not paying back any of the initial 58 thousand dollar deposit despite having done less than 10K worth of actual work and leaving several thousand dollars in cleanup damages which are documented in the pictures below. *Please note: If Pictures have been removed..it was done by the Owner and not the Reviewer* Full House Remodel Contract signed at the March 2017 for $175,000. Building Permits approved July 19th. 1/3rd of the Contact Payment made up front. $58,333.00 Current Status The Contractor /Owner has walked off the project as of Aug 28th with little actual work on site with no site cleanup or refund of deposit given due to lack of work performed. We are holding the contractor in breach of contract. The House is currently not habitable as it is lacking proper insulation due to demolition. We are attempting to reach a resolution through legal means that is fair and satisfies all parties. Once the contractor has accepted or rejected our offer this review will be updated with all information. I apologize to those that reached out for having to turn down requests for more information at this time.

I contacted the owner about having a fan installed, ceiling flat light mounts changed, vents cleaned and cable wire run along the base boards and tacked. He was nice enough to complete all those jobs in just one day. The cleanliness of the job and his professional manner won me as a loyal customer for life! Thank you for all your hard work and dedication to doing the job fast, right and very inexpensive! I recommend this company for all your remolding, repairing and replacing needs! Robin Napier

Carlos Burgwald is very sincere and reasonable. His quality of work is second to none. I would reccomend him for all home remodeling needs. His attention to detail is authentic and precise. Thank you Carlos for helping us out.
