I have been parking here for years for flights from SFO and have not had a bad experience in 20+ trips. The booking process has gotten easier so in my mind it's getting better. The facility is clean and well lit with nice kiosks to wait in on departure or go to the hotel lobby and wait there. On arrival you can get off the shuttle at the Hilton, use the lobby restroom or get a meal before you drive home. The shuttle is a Hilton shuttle not an airport parking lot shuttle. Most of the drivers have been nice...a few A holes over the years but they don't last.

Convenient location two exits south of SFO. Shuttle service every twenty minutes. Shuttle is shared with a couple of hotels, so time to airport may be a little longer than for lots with dedicated shuttles. Usually a little cheaper than competitors, but no staff at site. No valet parking.

Very inexpensive and shuttle works. One problem I had yesterday was that because of the heavy rain three days ago, the lens of the of the QR Code reader was so fogged up it could not read my QR code so the arm would not lift on exit. This issue was quickly resolved, however, by pressing the Call Button, and the arm lifted quickly.

Great to park the car and get to and from airport. It includes after hour pickup (1am to 4am) with a quick call. They picked up within 15minutes of call. Runs every 20 minutes between 4am and 1am, and loops through to pick up a few additional hotels before reaching the airport/parking lot. Give yourself additional time for this. The pick up/drop off location at the parking lot is next to the pay booths in the lot. The drop off AND pick up location at the airport are both at the departures level and will be at each terminal next to the sign for hotel bus pick up. Usually located at the center divider sidewalk. I suggest reserving online as it is a few dollars cheaper. The reservation prices are paid at 24 hour intervals even for partial days. If you do reserve online make sure your reservation covers time before you get there AND after you get back with time left over. I made the mistake of reserving for 3days and 3 hours, which equals 4 days. I then had a flight delayed and got there 2 hours after the time I said I was to leave and got charged for an extra day.so I ended up paying for 5 days, for parking 3days and 5 hours. I know it is my fault for not reading the small print, but I am still disappointed that I got charged the extra day. Learn from my mistake, reserve your parking spot with extra time.

I was waiting for the shuttle to arrive at SFO curbside for about 25 minutes but the driver stopped for a moment and drove past me. I waived at but he didn't pay enough attention to see even though I was standing right at the curb. I had to wait for another 20-25 minutes for the shuttle. So, 50 minutes wasted just waiting for the shuttle and getting late for work while watching atleast 8 anza parking shuttle pass by. When exiting from the overflow section the QR scanner wasn't working. It was able to scan the code but said internal error. I was already late for work and didn't have the patience to call them so I ended up paying twice for the same parking. Overall a very frustrating experience. I hope I don't need to use their service again.
