I purchased what I thought was a good quality comforter set,  for a relatively high price at BurlIngton. After bringing it home, my partner washed the item, following the instructions on the label (we do this for all personal items we wear or use because the chemicals and conditions of manufacturing are dubious at best). The color of this set ran into to each other, ruining the item completely (on a cold water wash!). 

After bringing the item back to the store, well within the 30 days, the manager told me he would not refund me the purchase price because the item had been washed!  Disgusting on many levels.

I think these retailers are forgetting they have to now compete with online venders, who can outperform them not only in price but also customer service!

This place is horrible. 0 stars. We had bought an item and when we got home we noticed it was in bad condition/stained. We came back to return it and they claimed we had used it even though we had not. Horrible service. Do not come here. They will dissapoint. Will never come here again! 🚫

Coats, linens, and Cologne were the goal! Achieved! $286 men's warm coat for $60. Clean, organized, informed staff.
