The prices are cool. There is no customer service. The employees are rude. The shoe department us always messy and understocked. I called about a coat I seen online and the lady didn't want to help me. She said she didn't see the brand in the store which is a lie. They are beyond unmanageable.

I was quite surprised to learn that the don't actually make coats here. Once I recovered from the shock, I discovered that they have an excellent selection of menswear of all kinds.
