Recently I submitted a poor review for Dr. Mark G Schwartz, since that review, I have had the opportunity to speak with Dr. Schwartz, at his initiative. We both were able to speak on our viewpoint regarding my granddaughters visit, we both also apologized to one another, he for how I was left feeling and me for allowing my emotions to prompt me to review him as harsh as I did. I appreciate Dr. Schwartz willingness to own and atone for how I felt. That to me was worth my submission of this subsequent review. Dr. Schwartz’s diagnosis and action plan for my granddaughter’s injury was correct, and again I thank him for reaching out and opening the door for us to work out our differences.
