They didn't go by their own laws. Know your Right. They will try to get over on you. My child never resided in Jersey. Yet his father went to the judge gave them a b.s. story and the judge made a ruling without me present. Even "took jurisdiction over our child who never resided in Jersey and father is homeless.

A circus ran by a Zoo...Learn your rights & Learn Law within all this curruption, Courts/family courts/magistrates/private agencies are a fraud and a violation to your constitutional secured rights.

The stupidity of these officials never ceases to amaze me; I can't afford a lawyer to be on my side because they go by your gross income not what you are paying out in bills and garnishments....pfffffft  If you are the defendant in a case for what ever reason; you might as well not even bother to show up for court.  They won't listen to your side of the story; they could care less if you are homeless and can't even afford gas for your car, a cell phone or food.  If I had the means I would be so out of this stupid state and their antiquated and unfair laws.  I feel the pain of any one who has to be abused by the court systems of any county and state agency in NJ

You must be joking! More dangerous than the criminals tried? These incompetent and reckless superior court judges who release them with little more than a nod and a wink! It is absolutely outrageous!
