Burlington has nice and reasonable merchandise but it has become a third world marketplace. The clientele is largely Latinos. They are destroying that store by openly stealing, opening packages taking merchandise and leaving empty boxes, letting their kids open the toys break them and get them dirty. They are like peasants and dont know how to act civilized. They are doing the same thing to Ross that is located at the same mall. That store is a mess because if the Latino shoppers. They need to learn how to behave and stop acting like animals. Some of us want to shop in peace.

I wish I can give them 0 star if I could they have a very rude customer service specially loose prevention (femal security) i never seen a rude and unbehavde person in my entire life. Here is what happen on chtistmas even i was on the line to pay and they make a last call i think we're upstair cashier and one he ran and jump in front of me and i told him if he want when the line ends up its after 3 persons behind me and he refused and finally his wife came with full cart and he switch with her and I have only two things and I ask him again that's not fare b/c he took my turn with out asking me any ways bla bla ....the security can and start shout on me i was really mad sge even make fun on me and make the others laughing by me instead of try to handle anyways I don't like this shop at all this will be my last.And over all they need a manager I don't think there is one.

You find good dtaff and good brand at any section pf the store. But waiting on the line for the cashier...horrible experience!!

Just left this place and i will NEVER go back. I like Burlington and always will but this location is terrible. The customer representations are rude as hell. What ever happened to customer 1st. I bought a swimsuit for a trip brought it back because i did not use it and i was told i could not return it. When i asked y they said its thier policy. The policy was never written down nor did the sale rep ever told me i could not return it. To save her butt she lied and said she did. If you van go else where please do because they are not good at what they do.

A good variety of clothing for everyone, if you are a child and you are an athlete, there is good soccer and football cleats, but there is barely any basketball shoes, which is what kids mostly look for these days. There is a variety of men's shoes though.
