This Burnett has some fantastic customer service. I've taken my old beater car here several times to get it fixed up and they have always been very timely and professional. In two separate instances, my car was not able to be transported (flat tire and fuel pump issue) from across the street and both times they came over and got my car moved to their garage at no extra charge. Their prices are about in line with what you would see at most mechanic chain shops, so there's not a whole lot to be said about that. You could probably get a better price going to a locally owned shop, but I come here because they are fast and professional.

I've been taking my car there for years. These guys are awesome! I highly recommend them to everyone. I've found them to be very thorough and reasonable, and their customer service is outstanding. I can't say enough good things about them.

I have been going to Burnett Automotive for several years now. Each time they have been VERY accomidating and have always contacted me quickly to discuss my vehicles (2007 Dodge Dakota Quad Cab 4x4) repairs, services, etc...I have also purchased my tires from them too. They do tend to be a BIT pricey and once I recieve an estimate I always call around to get a second and third estimate, but most always go ahead with Burnett's. I have yet to take it in and been told that i need this and that repaired. I dont ever feel like Im being taken advantage of. Burnett Automotive provides quality repairs and work. Hopefully my view never changes.

About a year ago I took my lifted jeep in with an intermittent vibration in the front end. The mechanic was able to reproduce the issue and told me it was a problem in the transfer case which would cost me $2,500 to rebuild it. I had had them pull the prop shaft off to disconnect it from the axle and the problem went away. So I had the shaft re-balanced and replaced the u-joints. Cost was a few hundred dollars. I reinstalled the prop shaft and have never had another problem. While I can see how the mechanic could think it was the transfer case they never suggested trying to balance the shaft first. Also, they are not off road specialist and probably should have referred me to some place more qualified.
