WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I came to this facility because my daughter had used them a couple times over the years and their experience had always been really good. Today I went there to get a unit and couldn't believe how RUDE and condicending the woman was in the office! In a snotty tone the woman proceeded to inform me that they no longer offer coupons and that the company went under new management, then was hesitant to even get out of her chair to show me what size units they did have available.. Walking to one of the units she inquired about the content I planned on placing in the unit and kept telling me that Country Storage in town would be better suited for me! She has stated this a couple of times in the office as well, but I brushed it off. It wasn't until we were walking to one of the units that she made it VERY clear that I was inconveniencing her. I finally just stopped walking and told her that since she insisted that I would be better served at a competitors company, that's exactly what I did!! I will NEVER recommend this company ever again to anyone I know!!

Wow, this place is head and shoulders above the rest.  It is immaculate and safe and pricing seems to be about the same as the others.  This is the nicest storage place I have seen I think!   Good job over there.
