I had such a great experience at Burns Family Dentistry!! It had been several years since my last cleaning so I was a little nervous but the welcoming environment of the office plus the friendly staff put me at ease quickly. I called around to various dental offices before booking my appointment and ultimately chose Burns because the staff on the phone were so kind and helpful when answering all my questions. I saw Dr. Casey and Julie was my hygienist and they were both wonderful! They explained everything they were doing and were happy to answer my questions all while making me feel very comfortable. The cleaning was excellent and the whole process was painless! I'm so thankful I found a dentist I truly enjoy going to and will continue to recommend Burns Family Dentistry to everyone! :)

Dr. Casey Burns introduced herself like she knew me all my life. She is very thorough in her practice. Her personality shines right through her & passion for what she does. Keri was my dental hygienist (awesome). The reception area was exceptional as well very thorough.  Exceptional Team Work!!!

I walked in to schedule a new patient appointment and the front desk staff were amazing! Got me on the schedule the same week. My first appointment was great! The technician were very kind and gentle and took very thorough x-rays. Then Dr. Eric Burns came in, he was so very nice and professional. He also made sure to listen to my concerns and during the exam he explained everything in layman's terms so I could fully understand the condition of my teeth and what the game plan was for correcting the issues. And all of the equipment was very up to date. I am so glad that I randomly walked in bc I am new to the area and have already found my new dentist!!! I would DEFINITELY recommend The Burns Family Dentist Office to friends and/or family. Thank you for your great care, both myself and my teeth thank you!!

A few days ago, I had the pleasure of going to Burns Family Dentistry for a regular check up and teeth cleaning. It had been four years since I had last been to a dentist, and I was nervous. However, the friendly staff put my mind at ease. I was ushered in by smiling receptionists and the hygienist who cleaned my teeth was sociable and professional. She made sure to relay the best way to take care of my teeth. When Dr. Burns came in to discuss the specifics of my X-Rays, he made sure to show me what he was talking about and explain what I was seeing in terms that were easy to understand. I had a great experience here, and I would recommend them to anyone.
