This was the first time I ate here and it was overall a good experience. Food was fresh and well prepared. I had the salmon and my wife had the fish and chips. We had the firecracker shrimp  as an appetizer. It was really good.

The food was so good it was gone before I thought to take a picture! The French dip was served with an amazing au ju and the burgers were cooked perfectly. Definitely recommend stopping by.

The food was great and the service was amazing! I came here with my family for dinner night. My daughter has allergies and our server Dillon was not only understanding but also very accommodating as well! He ensured not only me and my wife had a good time but also our kids too! I ordered the filet and my wife ordered the Salmon and both came out perfect! Thank you for a great dinner night we will be back !

Great dinner. Great waiter. Greeted right when we came in door and was seated almost immediately on a Sunday. Very nice atmosphere. The young gentleman who was our waiter had excellent manners and delivered food in a nice timely manner. Would definitely recommend

So sad to be posting this review because for years Burntwood had been our go to at least once a week.  We don’t go as frequently any more because we moved a little farther away but we still thought of it as a go to in Chagrin.  Unfortunately we have seen the service decline sharply over the past six months.  My last two experiences were on Sundays one for brunch a couple weeks ago and last night for dinner.  Neither time did we have confidence that our server knew what they were doing and they clearly didn’t.  The service was extremely slow both times and neither time was it busy.  Maybe 50% full.  We saw at least one table walk out after waiting so long for a service last night and we probably would have two if we hadn’t had my elderly father with us.  Maybe it’s just Sundays but the welcoming, comfortable, great service that kept us coming back for years seems to be gone and it is sad.

Must have been an off day. Service was a little slow. Out of pretzel appetizer. Chicken sliders were our highlight. Steak frites ordered rare came well done.  French onion soup was forgotten. Chicken milanese was burnt and way greasy. Fries were cold. Burger and chicken sandwich good. Overall just an awkward dining experience.

Delicious food and small cozy atmosphere, the valet parking is annoying however.Food: 5/5

Wait for our food was long even though they only had 2 or 3 tables. The server did apologize more than once.  One item never was served. The foodwe did receive quality was not worth the price. Very disappointedFood: 1/5
