Kaitlyn Casper is hands down one of the best physios you could ask for; she listens , assesses very carefully ,provides you excellent care and then any exercises you may need to keep your body in health after your session. She also coaches weightlifting and cross fit so the girl knows her stuff- used to be a pro athlete herself I believe . Highly recommend

Karma is an incredible physiotherapist who I recommend to all of my friends and family. I previously went to a different physio at another clinic for lower back pain (I dance professionally outside of my corporate job) and the other physio made it worse and did not understand my scoliosis. Karma took the time, care and attention to assess what was going on and was exact and meticulous with using IMS. I recovered quickly and was so grateful to be back on my feet dancing again! When I recently injured my ankle, Karma again came to the rescue and healed me in time for my performances. Thank you Karma, and also to the kind front desk staff at Burrard Physio!

I went to Burrard Physiotherapy for a lower back muscle strain. I saw physiotherapist Thomas Zhou. During my first appointment he performed a thorough assessment, and after he made a diagnosis he provided therapeutic services accordingly. Aside from the therapeutic care during my visits he also provided stretching and strenghtening exercises that were customized to my needs. The exercises have clear instructions complete with photos and videos, which were available online. Thomas is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

Burrard Physiotherapy is a very large and professional clinic with a new well-equipped gym and many treatment rooms all with clean new-looking equipment. The reception staff are very responsive, welcoming, and accommodating (to my constantly shifting schedule). Most importantly, this clinic has a very diverse and talented team of physiotherapists to treat chronic injury/pain, recent trauma, and everything in between. Thomas Zhou has rehabilitated my arm/elbow after I broke my radial head in a bike crash. He has payed close attention to the healing process since 3 days after the crash until now. The treatments were adjusted as my orthopedic surgeon provided updates on the break. Two and a half months later, I have full motion of my arm and strength is building up quickly. Thomas has mentored me on how to properly care for and exercise my elbow during the healing process. Now that my arm requires less attention, Thomas is also helping me work out some chronic tension in my thighs, hips, and lower back caused primarily from sitting too much. He has performed IMS and given me exercises to complement this treatment. I am already feeling a major improvement in my hips and upper legs, which I thought would always just be tight. The IMS is relatively unpleasant, so it is fortunate Thomas makes good conversation to distract me from the slight pain and twitching from my muscles. When Thomas was on holidays for a week, I booked an appointment with Kaitlyn Casper. Kaitlyn was able to quickly catch up on my injury by reading Thomas's notes and then proceeding with my treatment. This goes to speak for the organized and professional nature of Burrard Physiotherapy.
