Do not use Eric Pickard. He is a nasty man. Terrible agent, between his lies and my lenders lies I couldn't get straight answers. I stopped going to house showings because it was sexual comments towards me or regarding me, standing to close for comfort and very unprofessional. I have screen shots of him texting me asking if he should schedule more time for the house with winky faces, asking who was coming to a showing then making nasty comments if I showed up without someone due to them not getting out of work on time. Phone calls at 10pm asking if I wanted to go to dinner with him when he's married with kids. Admitting he ran a personal back ground check to find out more about me after meeting me once. Many many more things, with screen shots and everything. If you're a female do not use this man unless you can always have someone with you. He doesn't answer his calls or questions and points the blame everywhere but at himself.

The realitor we used was unreliable. Do not use this company they are terrible!.
The agent we had lies to both seller and buyers realtor.
The agent told us that all the other realtors  were picky and then told the realtors it was us. 
When we were going through the offer process we had to call another realtor to ask questions because our agent was too busy due to medical appt. When our agent did answer questions they were wrong. When we sent our agent emails we got no response and he blamed us, basically told me i didnt know how to use a computer.
I had to request the agent to retake pictures several times because the  pictures made the house look like a small box. Our agent allowed the buyers to come to the home without asking our permission. When it was time to close as soon as we showed up to the closing company our agent left  didnt even stay to help us. We were with the buyers and their realtor with no respresentation from our agent. Upon speaking with the buyers we found out that our agent had also told them lies. Like we were requesting their financal status. And that we were complaining about their realtor (which we had never even met). Also found out that our agent was telling them that we were being anal about everything. Their realtor said that our agent was so bad that they would never deal again with that agent. My husband spoke with our agents boss and nothing was done. Be careful when dealing with this company. Its sad that it only takes one agent to ruin the reputation of the whole company.

We just closed on our first home through Burrell Real Estate. Our realtor was John Sedlarik, he was great to work with, and we would highly recommend going to him if your are looking to purchase a home!

My name is Lynisha Younger. I have had negative experiences working with realestate agents in the past and when I considered buying a second home, I spoke to many realestate agents in michigan. One agent in particular, stood out above the rest and her name is Manya triplett. Manya was caring, took time to assess my needs as a homeowner, and worked hard to represent me with all of her efforts. She has always kept a positive attitude and her spirit, made me happy even in my time of doubt, when it looked like things werent going my way. If you are ever in need of buying or selling a home, you cant go wrong if you work with Mrs. Triplett. Her firm is the best in Michigan, and her broker supports every deal, as if it were his own.I owe a great gratitude to your firm, because you have provided me with excellent service. Whether in the past or future, I cant see doing business with anyone else. Thank you, Burrell realestate,you are a great asset to Michigan
