Everything was good until he saw the scratches and found that I had an insurance. They’re nice and kind to you. Very helpful even if they don’t have my big size in Step on. Very equipt store. Lots of all you need. Pricey yes but you get quality. Why did you stopping being nice when I delivered?

Stopped in the store after a day on the mountain. I noticed the toe pieces on my bindings snapped off while riding. Steven found the right parts to repair my old bindings, got them put back together in a few minutes. Great people, will definitely be back.

Terrible customer service. Sad that this franchise gets to represent the Burton brand without having to maintain the same level of service.
