I spent over 7 years with a family practice in Bernville PA and not one time was an appointment canceled. In less than a year with this office one appointment was canceled because the Doctor no longer had Friday office hours (after scheduling my appointment 3 months in advance mind you) and the rescheduled appointment was canceled because "the city of Wind Gap had a sewage issue". A quick call to a different doctors office less than 1 mile away resulted in an appointment that wouldn't result in yet ANOTHER day away from work. 

Avoid this institution at all costs, the lack of professionalism is astounding.
