Live escape games started in Japan in 2008. They are spreading all across the world and now the Quad Cities has one too. Cost is $25 per person!

Story

Starting March 30th Bustout will be appointment only Monday-Thursday Regular hours Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Absolutely horrible, did not reset the room correctly. Our group reached the goal within 5 minutes because half the locks where undone. Completely unprofessional. Still had to pay full price for half experience.

I felt that it was a very expensive hour for the experience that we had. First of all, the storefront location was very hastily thrown together, random furniture in the hallway. The woman that was there was not very excited to accommodate us...just a job obviously. The rooms we were in had NO atmosphere at all. Slapped some paint on the wall, cheap posters and locked boxes. The place was dirty like it wasn't cleaned up after construction. Having no knowledge of Harry Potter, the clues were hard to figure out. All in all, it looks like they are out to make a quick buck with their slammed together operation. A total rip off!

Been to a few different escape game locations and this was not worth $25. The rooms were cheap and the clues were terrible...very low budget. Don't waste your money!

Something different from the usual night out. Had a great time with a group of eight. Doesn't take long enough to fill an entire night out, but combine with a group dinner and drinks afterwards makes for a great evening. I've recommended Bustout Live Escape games to many friends - it's just too bad that you can only do a room once, luckily they have three different ones. I'll definitely go back again!!

My family and i did the Alcatrze room... come to find out it was based on Harry Potter, which none of us had seen. Sure it was a great room for others, very waste of money for us. If it is Harry Potter based, please specify it in your introduction.
