I wish I could give them a ZERO Rating!! My vehicle was recently damaged at the Busy Bee Car Wash in New Brighton on Mississippi and Silver Lake Road. The owner delayed this claim and took over a month to even have his insurance contact me. The body shop who did the estimate of damages on my vehicle is well aware of this car wash and has repaired multiple vehicles with damage from Busy Bee. This is expensive damage, and the owner is trying to slither his way out of paying. He does not do proper upkeep on his equipment, and it is not running the correct amount of chemicals through it to make sure the equipment stays wet to wash the vehicles, therefore the equipment is drying out and causing damage. Although the free vacuums are nice, the $1,100 in damage isnt worth it!

Unlimited car wash is the way to go. Especially in winter for getting the salt and grime off ASAP.

Cheapest car wash is now $8.00!!! This is under new ownership now. I will be going down the road to a less expensive car wash from now on. Here's a tip...how about if you want to raise profits get rid of the free vacuums...ever notice how many people drive in just to use your free vacuums and then leave with out getting a car wash? DUH!!

Purchase a monthly plan for my wife and I. The wash does not get either vehicle clean and it leaves soap all over my car. I would recommend going to holiday car wash. It is a little more money but a much better clean.

Used to love them, but they raised their prices and got rid of the double managers special.  I will not be going back.  I used to wash my one of my two trucks there almost every week.  With there current pricing I can get a much better full service wash down the road at Perfect 10.
