Best Florist in the state by far. Always great service and great quality flowers. I’m not allowed to go anywhere else(directions from my lady)! When I get married this will be our florist!

I typically don't take the time to write reviews, but I thought it noteworthy to do so this time. I have purchased corsages and boutonnières in the past from Busy Bee and have always been  very pleased with the product and professionalism exhibited to me. 

Due to a time constraint, my daughter and I reluctantly visited Busy Bee ten minutes before closing in order to order a boutonnière for her prom date. The owner welcomed us warmly, was very friendly, and offered to create the item for Is on the spot. She didn't rush us out the door, but instead was interested in making the product special by adding a little gold glitter to match my daughter's dress. Imagine our surprise when she refused payment! 

I write this not to encourage others to expect the same free product, but to instead support this sweet lady and her business.

I told her we will be back for our flower needs!

I called to order flowers for a loss of my child to my partner and the woman was completely rude on the phone. Simple requested any white flowers, and 1 single colored flower in the mix of it. She wouldn't let me finish my sentence of what I wanted even. I call back 
To ask for the names of the flowers so I can look up and get an idea bc I'm not a florist and I wanted to invision it bc I'm sending it as a gift and won't see it...and she yells at me that if I don't get something from the website that has photos then to go else where...mind u she already took my card info down in the last call and all I wanted was names so I can see what the flowers would look like. She then passes the phone to the owner and I explain I'm not trying to cancel my order. I want my order. U have my card info. I just wanted the names to look up for myself. If they add more I don't care. I just wanted to see since I have no knowledge on flowers at all and it's for my partner and I's loss of a child. Needless to say im not happy or was treated respectfully by this woman

I was quoted a price of $60 for a small bouquet of flowers for Mother's Day. She charged my account $74. When I called up she was so rude and began yelling at me that she "has to pay her employees" etc. I ultimately hung up and will never ever do business with her again and neither should anyone else in East Greenwich or anywhere else!
