Tom Butcher is a very good Attorney... and a considerate person. I have found that combination to be both rare and extremely valuable. Over the course of a long and busy life in business and the world... I, like anybody, have invariably needed legal counsel. I've hired over twenty attorneys and some being top reknowned professionals. I have some experience. I was forced to deal with a difficult and potentially painful business problem here in Eugene Oregon. I interviewed and considered some well known attorneys here in town... all who were professional and qualified... but I chose Tom based on my experience. I liked working with him to the point of recommending him to you. It was as good an experience possible... considering we weren't resolving a gleeful family picnic. I recommend that you make an appointment and check with him to be your counselor. I want a Butcher on my side when I'm forced to wrangle with legal matters. I want representation to favor me and my interests as though they care about me and my interests. Tom did!

We had a wonderful experience with Tom. He was professional and courteous when representing us. The entire process was painless and I would highly recommend him to anyone considering filing bankruptcy.
