The staff was very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable!   This was my first time there and they made me feel like an old friend!

Don't come here to fly just to chill and watch nice lobby to sit vending machines upstairs in observation windows un place!

Always friendly staff when we arrive. They gave us the best recommendation to try out a new steakhouse in West Chester (Johnny's) and we were not disappointed.

Airport Administrator has a less than cordial relationship with the Hogan family and treats Butler County residents unfairly. His county policy  at the airport does not allow use of SBA loans for small businesses. The Butler County's policy to support small business at the airport STINKS. As a recent combat Veteran, I have not been able to use a service provided by my Country because of this deficient policy. Might as well have just spit at me at the airport as I came back from Iraq.
