Beware of when looking at one of their campers online. I had told them I was coming in to go over a camper they had on the lot and to purchase it. I had spoke to someone on Saturday and told them I was not sure if I could make it that day but I would come Monday. I called this morning to let them know I was coming with cash in hand to purchase. They never suggested a deposit to hold it which I would have done. They called as I was getting ready to leave to inform me they took a deposit over the phone for someone else.  I will be going elsewhere to purchase.

The service department can be trusted to handle your RV and your RV issues as if those issues were their own.  Sean and Sam are key to the service department.  An example is recently the back stabilizer switch on my 5th Wheel would only allow the stabilizers to extend, and the stabilizers would not retract.  We were in the process of leaving a campground and you can imagine our panic when the stabilizers would not retract.  I called Sean to get his advice and we talked thru a temporary solution than allowed me to retract the stabilizer and start our journey home.  I appreciate Sean's ability to spend the time to resolve any issues that I have with my RV.  I trust him and value his advice.  If anyone has a servicing issue, Sean can be trusted to resolve it to the best of his ability. My RV now has Butler RV stickers on it as this is where my servicing is done and where I have found honest and trust-worthy people to do that servicing.
