HORRIBLE!! Do not go to school here!! I've been attending this school for a while and each semester its a nightmare. I signed up for my last class here (thank god) and I just found out the canceled it because they have a "lack of staff" so the class of 35 people are "out of luck", said the math department. The biggest problem is that I found out by logging on, they NEVER sent an email, or called anyone letting them know. So the other 34 people will find out once they look at next semesters courses... Thanks for nothing Butte. Zero stars.

When will the actual esthetician program be available?  It is in the catalog, but no one seems to know when it will actually be available.

I love this campus. The campus is beautiful and there is not a bad teacher that I've met. I went to Yuba College for a few semesters and it was a disappointment compared to Butte. I am now 4 classes away from transferring and  would really recommend this college to new students. It has many opportunities and more support that other community colleges don`t offer. My son went to the daycare there for the past 2 years cost free and he loves his friends and teachers. Even the security at the college is great. My phone got left and locked in the student bookstore. I spoke to a janitor who called a campus officer and he came right away to unlock the store so I could grab my phone. He was a very nice older gentleman and I was so relieved they were able to help me find my phone. There really is support for anything you may need.

Do not go to Butte College. I didn't even attend this school. I only attended an orientation and I canceled my classes. They want money from you that's all they care about. I ended up going to a different school and I did not attend Butte College therefore not graduating from there. They send letters, you call them and clear up with them that you didn't attend their school and they just take your money from your tax returns. That is NOT okay! That is my money not theirs. I've worked hard for it. HEED MY WARNING. DO NOT GO TO BUTTE COLLEGE. They like to steal your money even if you didn't go to their school.

My instructor's, the counselors, D S P S, E O P S, TRIO and the financial aid department have all gone above and beyond my expectations. You all and SAFE PLACE, C A S, THE POWER CENTER & everyone else I have had the privilege of using as a resource, guide or stepping stone during this journey are all dedicated professionals who treat me with respect and been positive influences as well as guides enabling my quest for higher education. Thank you.
