This is an industrial bakery were I  work and not open to the public.

This is a joke. They get money from the state to train new employee. They don't train anyone, they use new employee as vacation relief. How can you learn a job if you are there for only a week. The managers don't care if you are not trained all they care about is that there is a warm body taking the place of the person who is on vacation. They hire you for nite postion and when you get hired they will put you on swing shift. The plant manager is a nice guy. I can't believe he lets the manager and HR get away with this!!
