It was very excellent food! The only problem is seating but it is a cafe. Parking lot is very tiny holds only about 6-8 cars. Expect to park down road only a few blocks. Service was excellent prices are a little high but mostly home made items. I would recommend a visit!

Love it! Home made biscuits so good! Chili Chicken and Farmhouse are our favorite choices. They use fresh ingredients and local when they can. Always crowded so plan to spend awhile waiting for food. They also make their own chi tea and spicy Mexican mocha.

I was driving down the west coast for a convention down in California, and stopped by Medford on the way down. I was told by a friend that the biscuits would be "life-changing", so I had to make a stop and make sure to arrive at 7am in the morning for opening. I wasn't disappointed. The biscuits were indeed life-changing and delicious. I had a solid breakfast of two biscuits and scrambled eggs, with a cup of coffee on the house (thank you! that was much appreciated!). It was the perfect start for a long day's drive through California.

Buttercloud is a cozy open style cafe with limited seating. The coffee is excellent. I ordered the egg cheese biscuit - dry biscuit and very little cheese. What? The sandwich cost $7.50 and was about the size of a Carl's Jr ($1.80), but less greasy. Very dry. Very savory egg mix - cool but not great. My wife's was also dry. We won't be back.

Buttercloud is one of the best cafes in the area. Everything they produce is high quality and delicious. There is a reason they are so busy - if you can't handle the wait stay away so that others can enjoy without the negativeness. Parking can be challenging so expect a couple blocks of walking.
