I give 5 stars the owner is great. I not only  purchased a car but went back 4 months later and got my husband a truck. They offer great and freindy service you don't wait long. Any problems you have they solve it I will refer anyone there that's looking for a car or truck they are awesome!

Hello. I am a friend of someone who was interested in buying a vehicle from Buy Smart Motors. There were a few that she saw posted on the website, and the guy she spoke to said she needed no appointment and to stop by. We arrived there a little before 6 pm on Wednesday 10/26. 

One of the sales guy alerted her to a few other cars to try out. She liked the initial look of them and opted to give them a go. However, a few of the tested vehicles had issues. One of them was missing a rear view window that he assured us would get fixed. Another car had a vibrating wheel, which made it challenging to test drive. One car had a check engine light issue that he was still advocating her to purchase, even though both of us expressed concerns about the check engine light.

Finally, my friend finally found a car she liked (a 2010 Lincoln). An application process that should have taken anywhere from 30-45 minutes took hours. Reggie complained that the computer wasn't saving any of the information he was putting in about my friend, and he had to ask her the details over ... and over ... and over again. I found it strange that he didn't inquire if she had a down payment to give, which she did. He seemed more preoccupied with the gospel program playing (at times  it got a bit loud and somewhat distracting) and getting my friend cheap insurance (which was appreciated, although that was weird, too, without one knowing if she was indeed approved for the car) than getting essential information. In the end, he said he would follow back with her the next day and by that time it was after 8 PM. All that time, and no vehicle.

My friend waited for Reggie's call back. She heard from one of the banks trying to approve her to verify some information but not him. She tried calling the number on the card but it kept saying the number was disconnected, so she emailed him. She did not get a response until Friday and it was him saying that he was still trying.

She has not heard from Reggie since. If he could not get her the approval or that it was going to take longer than anticipated, he should have said so, but he didn't. So now, neither one of us is certain whether Reggie is still working on it or if the dealership decided to sell the Lincoln that she wanted.

Overall, just not a good buying experience. All of that long hassle with no set of wheels to show for it.

those young guys took good care of me, the sold me a good one, and when it snowed and I couldn't get out, the owner came to my home and helped me because I had no one else... I had to write a good review, good people
