We couldn't have been more happy with our house buying experience with Bob Churchill.   Bob made our experience of purchasing our property extremely easy and hassle-free.  He was professional, helpful and one of the nicest people we'll ever meet - there was nothing he wouldn't do to assist us in the purchase.  HIs knowledge of the market, his experience in the process of house purchases and his undeniably likeable personality made this process completely stress-free.  I would use him again and again and I would recommend him to anyone considering purchasing a property on Cape Cod.

Using the services of a buyer-broker to guide you through the challenging process of purchasing a new home is a smart move and engaging Bob Churchill as your advocate is one of the best decisions you could make.  Bob is an expert in his field with extensive knowledge not only of the housing market but perhaps more importantly of licenses, permits and regulations.  He has years of experience in dealing with regulatory authorities which enables him to seek out and resolve issues that may arise during the house acquisition process.

Bob is a good listener which in turn enables him to formulate and ask important questions regarding the buyer's needs and wishes.  He has access to a long list of reliable service people who can assist with providing estimates for work to be done which may need to be part of the purchase negotiations.

Bob is incredibly supportive and his cheerful optimism is a great asset especially when things are moving along more slowly than one would wish.  The thoroughness with which he works promotes a high level or confidence in his skills.  Bob keeps in touch after the final paperwork has been completed to ensure that all expectations have been met and that no new issues have arisen.

I doubt if I could have fulfilled my requirement of staying in a specific neighborhood within my budgeted price range without Bob Churchill's services.  Not only was he able to find a house with more desirable features than I had hoped for, but through his diligence he uncovered several significant issues regarding the property which I would probably not have found on my own.  He worked tirelessly to successfully resolve these issues and kept me up to date every step of the way.  Working with Bob was a pleasure.

I am not sure where to begin, except to say that if you are buying a home on Cape Cod, Bob Churchill is an invaluable asset; he ensured that my interests were always looked after, he patiently answered ALL of my questions – even the ridiculous ones – and most of all, he pointed me in the right direction every step of the way.   

Bob is a wealth of information not only about the real estate market on Cape Cod, but also about virtually every aspect of owning a home on the Cape.  He took great care in researching all aspects of the property so that there were no surprises along the way.  He provided me with contacts for financing, for legal needs and for the work that would need to be completed on the home.  To be clear, he never pressured me to use anyone.  With that said, Bob clearly enjoys a sterling reputation within the business community on the Cape; each entity with whom I contracted, when they learned I was a client of Bob Churchill, reacted accordingly.  Their services have been without exception top-notch – and I owe so much of that to Bob.

Finally, there were – as I am sure there are with any real estate transaction – a few bumps along the way.  Bob always kept his cool – even – perhaps especially – when I did not.  Each time an issue arose, Bob ensured that I was kept in the loop and that my options were always clear.  He always gave me his opinion as to how I should proceed, but again, never pressured me to move in one direction or another.  And in understanding that there was no pressure from Bob, I trusted his opinion implicitly.  The end result is what everyone hopes for – I am in exactly the right home having paid what is arguably exactly the right price.  So much of that, I think, is because I was fortunate enough to work with a buyer broker who carries not only so much knowledge, but perhaps more importantly, integrity.

I wanted to write a short note about how important Bob Churchill was in the process of us purchasing our home.  We were moderately experienced in home purchasing but we needed local market expertise and an independent unbiased perspective.  Bob was professional and a true expert throughout the process.  He helped us navigate through one of the largest challenges on the Cape (flood zones).  He also helped us to thoroughly research the property permitting and zoning.  Finally he provided a thoughtful clear analysis of the market and a fair property valuation.  We trusted him completely and we successfully navigated what could have been a very complicated transaction in less than 8 weeks.  We are truly grateful for the help he provided and could not have done it without him.
