I recently purchased my first condo in Boston and worked with Andrew McKinney. He was simply amazing in guiding me through every single step of the home buying process. It made the whole process fun with minimum stress. He is also extremely personable, prompt, responsive, knowledgeable and professional. 

Andrew was very patient throughout the home search process. He answered all my questions and provided his advice and honest opinion whenever I asked for it.  At the same time, he was not at all pushy nor did he ever try to 'sell' a home that I was even a little bit unsure about. I really value his help and will readily recommend him to friends and family. If I buy again in the future, I would certainly like to work with Andrew!

After my Wife and I completed our online 1st home buyers course I immediately went on the hunt to find a "Buyer's Broker"! Thanks to NAEBA I was put in contact with Buyers Brokers Only and more importantly we were put into the capable hands of Jeffrey Goodwin Esq. Our experience with Jeffrey was outstanding! Jeffrey was immediately helpful, set us up with listings and really was instrumental in educating us in the home buying process. Not only was Jeffrey extremely professional, but he was unbelievably thorough from viewing the first house, to the home inspection, all the way through to closing. We affectionately began calling him the "Sleuth" thanks to his unique ability to sniff out suspicious and questionable conditions of properties. It is obvious that his knowledge and expertise as a real estate lawyer and as a realtor are exceptional and are complemented by his genuine and compassionate personality. We are truly thankful for the chance to work with Jeffrey to purchase our 1st house and hold him and Buyers Brokers Only in the highest regard. Thank you Jeffrey, thank you Buyers Brokers Only!

Ben Henthorne was the best part of our home buying process. He was very patient explaining the process to us as first time home buyers. He was extremely responsive to questions, normally he'd respond to a text within minutes, but always at least the same day.

We had some difficult experiences with a few houses, but Ben made the whole thing a lot easier. I remember debating whether or not to even use a buyer's agent, and I'm SO GLAD I did. I would not have wanted to go through it all without Ben. It really helped to have someone who would work on our behalf and handle issues for us as well as he did.

One open house fell through due to seller miscommunication, and Ben took us to Dunkin Donuts and bought us food and drinks while he set up another showing on the fly so it wasn't a wasted day. That level of service was above and beyond, and very much appreciated.

I couldn't recommend Ben enough to anyone looking for a buyer's agent.

Susie Moniz helped us find our home, it was not an easy search, and it was the second time we worked with her on a purchase after such a great experience the first time. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy!

We had the opportunity to work with Rich Rosa of Buyers Brokers Only in purchasing a home in Peabody for the better part of a year.  We are first time homebuyers and though we took a class before we started, we received so much hands on education from Rich.  He would come with us to almost every open house we attended and was so knowledgeable about the types of homes, things to look out for, what would work for our family and what we may want to consider a deal breaker.  He responded quickly to all out emails and calls and we never felt pressured to buy a home that we weren't completely sold on (as I mentioned we looked for almost a year).  In the end we ended up with a wonderful house.  Rich recommended a few people to work with during the closing (insurance, lawyer etc) and they were all top notch.  I was blown away by how fast and easy closing was.  Thank you Rich, we will always recommend you to our friends and family who are looking to buy a home!
