Mike was extremely helpful and informative! As a first time home buyer he walked us through the entire process and left no stone unturned. My wife and I would highly recommend Buyers Edge Home Inspections to all future home owners
On the day of inspection, Mike came with Drone and all technology he has. He took the detail footage with high definition photos of entire house from outside which includes roof, deck, under the deck including the ant nest made by any birds or any bees. When I have seen the final inspection report, I am amazed with all detail he put in. It’s clear explanation with summarised in highly concern, moderate and minor concern. He attended each of my phone call with detail explanation on each issue he found and also ready to explain on zoom meeting if any concern. He is perfect inspector with knowledge and technology.
